Does peri / menopause have you feeling irritable, invisible, tired, achy, isolated, or angry? Have your interactions with your doctors fallen short consequently leaving you confused or feeling dismissed? Are you going down the rabbit hole of conflicting and discouraging information about how to manage your symptoms? Does your life feel drastically disrupted?

We birthed this series after facing so many of these obstacles on our own peri-menopause journey. As a result, we deeply understand the importance of support. That’s why we created this 8-part series—so you can experience a safe container where you are seen, heard, and valued. Furthermore, you will explore alternative approaches to regulate your nervous system, sleep patterns, and mood. You will also leave with a supportive community as well as new holistic self-care exercises to integrate into your daily life.

Join us for a supportive and soulful 8-part group series designed for women navigating the transitions of peri- and menopause. Throughout this journey, we’ll explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual shifts of this life stage through creative expression, meaningful conversation, and body-centered practices. In each session, you will be invited to pause, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and embrace the changes with compassion and curiosity. Whether it’s hot flashes, shifting identities, or sleepless nights, we’ll cover it all—and most importantly, we’ll do it without shame and with lots of heart.

Our specialized program not only emphasizes meaningful connections but also incorporates embodied experiential exercises. Furthermore, we infuse the journey with a sprinkle of adventure and fun, ensuring that every session is both enriching and uplifting. Our goal is to create a space where participants feel supported, engaged, and inspired.

In addition to gaining insight, you’ll leave each session not only with knowledge but also with practical tools and resources to support your health, relationships, and overall well-being.
