Their journey began with a tailored offering for therapists, igniting a passion to craft personalized retreats for everyone. Rooted in an embodied philosophy of healing, their retreats integrate creative and expressive arts, psychodrama, yoga, body modalities, and holistic wellness practices.

With over two decades of experience, Ashley brings a deep understanding of healing, viewing her work through an attachment, developmental, and systemic lens. She integrates somatic, creative, and action-oriented therapeutic methods, offering a dynamic and holistic approach to wellness.
As an expert in central nervous system regulation and somatic practices, Ashley not only applies these techniques in her work but also dedicates herself to training the next generation of clinicians in embodied modalities. Her commitment to education and innovation ensures that these transformative approaches continue to grow and evolve.
Beyond her professional life, Ashley embraces creativity and exploration. Whether she’s discovering new music, making and appreciating art, or immersing herself in nature, she finds joy in self-expression and connection. With over 20 years of experience in addiction and trauma-related healing, Ashley is a seasoned therapist committed to holistic wellness. Through her work, she integrates a wide range of therapeutic techniques to support individuals on their healing journey.
As a certified facilitator for Parenting the Love and Logic Way®, Ashley provides invaluable guidance for parents and blended families, helping them navigate challenges with confidence and compassion. In addition, she specializes in expressive and experiential interventions—including art, drama, and journaling—to foster self-discovery and emotional growth.
Furthermore, Ashley’s certifications in clinical hypnosis and acudetox allow her to incorporate alternative therapies, deepening the healing process and offering clients a well-rounded approach to care.
Beyond her practice, Ashley finds joy in creative expression and connection. Whether she’s art journaling, playing games with her family, engaging in her book club, or enjoying a lively round of Mah Jong, she embraces life with curiosity and warmth.
