HEALERS RE-TREAT: A Retreat for Therapists & Helping Professionals

At Embodied Experiences, we know what it’s like to pour your heart and soul into helping others heal—and how easy it is to forget to nurture yourself along the way. That’s why we’ve created a weekend just for you: a RE-Treat for healers, designed to replenish, inspire, and honor the incredible work you do every day.

Whether you’re a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, body worker, or any kind of wellness professional, this weekend is your space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own mind, body, and spirit. Here, you’re not just a caregiver—you’re a valued guest in a community of kindred healers, ready to share, grow, and restore together.

All healers are welcome—come as you are, and leave refreshed, renewed, and inspired.

What HEALERS have to say about the RE-Treat…

Opening circle for Healers retreat

This was a wonderful weekend away that allowed me to fully recharge for my personal and professional life. It was balanced and well-time, scheduled enough to feel like we were getting a lot out of it while also allowing time to be alone in thought and get the most out of the experiential and self-care activities. I couldn’t recommend the re-treat or leaders enough!

I highly recommend this healers RE-Treat for anyone in a helping profession. The focus on the specific ways that our work as healers can challenge us and the support from peers that truly relate and understand provided me with an opportunity to unburden myself and feel nurtured. It was evident that Ashley R., Ashley K., and Lulu meticulously crafted the retreat with such care and attention for each participant. They included so many details and surprises that made me feel super pampered. It was a blissful, rejuvenating experience.

This retreat for therapists was just the kind of self-care that I needed and don’t get enough of, considering the heavy lifting I do with client’s week after week. I left feeling refreshed and inspired. Highly recommend.

The Ashley’s and Embodied Experiences Retreat for Healers is an opportunity you don’t want to miss! From their thoughtfulness and care throughout the entire weekend to the engaging activities, expressive mediums, and the way they cultivated an atmosphere of safety and warmth, every detail allowed for genuine connection with other healers. Hearing from others in the same community sparked meaningful conversations and offered countless moments of validation. I am forever grateful for the experience and look forward to many more in the future.

As I let myself go and fully engage in the relaxation and healing, I was able to release my inner struggles and was wholly supported!! I have some unusual food allergies and those were completely acknowledged and arrangements were made. We were pampered and gifted many things both physical and mental. I would recommend attending this Re-Treat to other Healers looking to recharge!!

I have attended 4 retreats with Embodied Experiences, and have left each retreat feeling more connected to myself and inspired to continue exploring ways to live more authentically. I can’t say enough good things about Ashley and Ashley – they are very intentional and thoughtful in the activities they plan for us. They are incredible human beings! Highly recommend their intensives.

This retreat significantly exceeded my already high expectations. The Ashleys knocked all the important things out of the park – thematic focus, variety of offerings, creating supportive community, balancing being serious about doing healing work with an overall friendly relaxed vibe, location, food, commitment to the work- all of it. I came away with some important things for myself personally and for my therapy practice. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

Gail — HEALERS RE-Treat, Argyle, TX

The Ashleys offered a healer’s retreat that helped me destress, reset, and rejuvenate. Their creative individual and group therapeutic approaches couple with thematic strands that led to journaling, artwork, and time in nature helped to clear my mind and create new thoughts. For those seeking a healing weekend, I highly recommend Embodied Experiences.

Tiffany — HEALERS RE-Treat, Argyle, TX

Embodied Experiences was a wonderful experience for me personally and professionally. I really enjoyed getting to know other women–personally and professionally. It’s amazing that we all struggle with many of the same things, and there were so many connections in our group. I had high hopes for healing and for this retreat to be inspirational to me. The retreat exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful I had the opportunity to attend and be included.
