A Summer Retreat at Synergia Ranch
This summer, step into the soul of the Southwest and reconnect with the creative pulse that lives inside you. Nestled just outside Santa Fe, our retreat takes place at Synergia Ranch, a serene oasis of hand-crafted adobe architecture, apricot orchards, open sky, and quiet desert magic. Here, time slows down. Creativity begins to rise again.
Set on 111 acres of high desert, Synergia Ranch is a sanctuary for creativity, restoration, and connection. Since 1969, this once-degraded land has been transformed through ecological stewardship into thriving orchards, gardens, native plantings, and vibrant wildlife habitat.
The ranch is a living laboratory for art, embodiment, and eco-conscious living. In addition to hand-built adobe structures, open studios, and peaceful courtyards, the ranch offers unique spaces that invite both reflection and playful exploration. Here, the rhythms of nature guide daily life, from sunlit hikes to quiet moments under the wide desert sky.
Artists, healers, and seekers of all kinds come to Synergia to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and hear their creative voice rise in response to the land’s enduring wisdom.

What You’ll Experience
This retreat is centered around finding your creative self through embodied art and eco-based practices. Through movement, nature, color, and community, you’ll reconnect with the intuitive, expressive parts of you that often get lost in daily life.
Your days may include:
- Watercolor Workshop — Explore watercolor as a sensory, emotional, body-led art form taught by local artist.
- Eco & Embodiment Activities — Earth-based practices that help you regulate, ground, and connect.
- Yoga & Mindful Movement — Gentle practices to unwind tension and open creative flow.
- Guided Hikes — Walk the orchards, breathe deep, and let nature spark new ideas.
- Cacao Ceremony – A heart-opening cacao ceremony featuring ethically, locally sourced cacao to support connection, intention, and embodied presence.
- Group Processes — Supportive circles for reflection, connection, and integration.
- A Spa Day — Restore with thermal pools, relaxation rooms, and optional add-on treatments at one of Santa Fe’s world-class spas Ojo Spa and Resort.
- Art Walk — Enjoy a visit to the famous Canyon Rd Galleries followed by a brunch in the heart of the art district.
Why This Retreat
This is not a performance-based creativity workshop. It’s a soft landing place: a supportive, sensory-rich space to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the part of you that creates for joy, play, and possibility.
Whether you consider yourself an artist or haven’t touched a paintbrush in years, you’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, your voice, and your creative aliveness.
This retreat is intentionally designed for anyone craving a softer, more embodied way back to their creativity. You’ll feel especially at home here if you:
- Feel creatively blocked or disconnected from your expressive side
- Long for spaciousness away from daily responsibilities, noise, and burnout
- Want to explore creativity without pressure or perfectionism
- Prefer gentle, body-based approaches rather than performance or productivity
- Are drawn to nature, slowness, and eco-based practices
- Want community and connection, but in a grounded, supportive environment
- Desire rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with yourself
- Are curious about watercolor, embodied art, or mindful movement (no experience needed!)
- Love retreats that blend creativity, wellness, and adventure—but without hustle or pushing
If you’re seeking renewal, inspiration, and a deeper relationship with your creative self, this retreat was made for you.
