Embodied Experiences hosts experiential wellness retreats in Texas and beyond — weekends built around creativity, movement, nature, and connection rather than lectures. Embodied Experiences was founded in 2024 by Ashley Rogers, LPC-S, SEP, and Ashley Kuehne, LPC-S, LCDC.
What makes an experiential retreat different?
Instead of sitting and listening, you take part: expressive and creative arts, gentle movement and meditation, time outdoors, and small-group connection. You leave with something you made and practices you can keep using at home.

I HIGHLY recommend attending an Embodied Experience retreat! It was a very meaningful experience for me. “The Ashleys” prepared a wonderful weekend of manifesting-inspiring exercises and activities- imagery, yoga, arts, drama, fire circle ritual, cacao ceremony, and more. They also provided other optional activities. I signed up for horse yoga/meditation and loved it! The ranch itself was amazing- beautiful setting, friendly staff, great accommodations, and plenty of food! I can’t say enough good things about the weekend. It was powerful and enlightening. Where are your Texas retreats held?
Our next Texas retreat is at Limestone Fields in Jewett, TX (January 8–10, 2027). The Healers RE-Treat is held at The Prothro Center at Lake Texoma, with new dates coming soon. Past Texas retreats have also been held in Marble Falls, Mount Vernon, and Argyle.
What is included in the price?
Manifesting, Malas & Mandalas is all-inclusive: meals, coffee, tea, water, snacks, art supplies, activities, and lodging.
Do I need art or movement experience?
No — no art or movement experience is needed for any of our retreats — everything is guided, and you can take part at your own pace.
Are these retreats only for women?
No. Embodied Experiences welcomes everyone. Some offerings, like SHE RISES and The Gathering, are designed specifically for women, and the Healers RE-Treat is for wellness professionals.
How do I reserve?
A $500 deposit holds your spot at most retreats, and payment plans are available. Email retreats@embodiedexperiencenow.com.
How many guests attend?
Each retreat is limited to 10 people, including both hosts — Ashley Rogers and Ashley Kuehne — so there is room for up to 8 guests.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely — solo guests are welcome. We can often help pair you with a roommate, and bringing a friend gets you a discount.
